Great location opposite a beautiful church with a garden. Walking distance to many attractions. Helpful host who resolves issues promptly. No breakfast provided, but a nearby bar has good coffee and croissants. a pleasant stay.

We loved the central location of the hotel, right in the buzzing historic center of the city. It was so convenient to be near everything and within walking distance of the Santa Chiara monastery. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the fact that there was a nice bar nearby where we could have great coffee and croissants for breakfast.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The hotel is located in a quiet alley in the heart of the old town, making it perfect for exploring the historic city center. The rooms are spacious and clean, with air-conditioning to keep you cool in the summer. The nice bathroom and free coffee in the hallway were a nice touch.
All was perfect during my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located, being close to the train station, a museum, and in the old district. The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was a reasonable size and clean. The staff was helpful and polite.
The shower sometimes had low water flow, which could be a bit frustrating.
